NORTH STANCHFIELD LAKE HAS BEEN SURVEYED FOUR TIMES SINCE 1960 (1974, 1979, 1986, 1991). DURING 1991, THE LAKE WAS ASSESSED WITH THREE GILLNETS, FOUR TRAPNETS, AND THREE SHORELINE AREAS WERE SEINED.
