Warren Falls
A roughly 20-foot tiered falls on the Mad River about a mile and a half south of Warren along Route 100, dropping in steps of about 7, 10, and 3 feet. Its sculpted potholes, deep pools, and a natural waterslide make it a popular summer swimming hole.
Before you go
Waterfalls are hazardous by nature — wet rock, cold water, and unstable edges — and flow varies enormously with season and recent rain. Trail figures here describe the route as documented, not conditions today. Check Green Mountain National Forest for closures and current conditions, and confirm land status before setting out.
