Kennedy Falls is a 25-to-30-foot waterfall, the fourth and last of the falls along the North Fork of the Blackwater River near the ghost town of Douglas, accessed off the Blackwater Canyon Rail Trail near Thomas. Reaching a view at the base requires a steep, sometimes rope-assisted descent.
