Grotto Falls is a small waterfall that cascades over a cobblestone layer to form a natural grotto in Payson Canyon along the Nebo Scenic Loop in the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest. The easy Grotto Trail is about 0.6 miles round-trip with roughly 183 feet of gain and log-bridge stream crossings.
