Dunn's Falls
A ~65-ft waterfall on a diverted stream beside the Chunky River within Dunn's Falls Water Park; the flow was redirected in 1850 to power a grist mill. A short trail and wooden staircase lead to the base.
Before you go
Waterfalls are hazardous by nature — wet rock, cold water, and unstable edges — and flow varies enormously with season and recent rain. Trail figures here describe the route as documented, not conditions today. Check Pat Harrison Waterway District for closures and current conditions, and confirm land status before setting out.

The Dunn's Falls Trail reaches it about 0.4 miles (out-and-back) with roughly 36 feet of elevation gain, rated easy. The nearest town is Enterprise. That describes the route as documented, not conditions on the day — check with Pat Harrison Waterway District for closures and current conditions.
Year-round (spring-fed flow). Waterfall flow swings enormously with snowmelt and recent rain, so a fall that roars in spring can be a trickle by late summer.
