What the rule says
Oklahoma has no statewide wakesurfing-specific law. General towing rules require an observer or mirrors. Heavily used lakes such as Grand Lake and Lake Texoma enforce stricter no-wake zones, and some waters limit high-speed operation or close to motorized use; wake-surf limits are set locally/by waterbody.
